ROANOKE RAPIDS – Keal Kent Mitchell, 68, of Roanoke Rapids died Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Signature Health Care of Roanoke Rapids. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at the Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Rich Square, which is handling the arrangements.
