The Northeastern girls and the Bertie boys enter the 2024 event as the defending Holiday Classic champions.

Hertford County High School will see their first tournament action later on Friday when the Lady Bears square off against the Gates County/Roanoke Rapids winner at 7 p.m. followed by the Bears meeting the Gates County/Roanoke Rapids boy’s winner at 8:30 p.m.
The consolation round games are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 28 beginning at 4 p.m. with the 5th place contest for the girls followed by the 5th place boys game at 5:30 p.m. Saturday’s nightcap will feature the girls and boys 3rd place games at 7 and 8:30 p.m. respectively.
