WINDSOR – Bernice Speller Harrell, 91, of Windsor died Saturday, December 28, 2024 at ECU Health Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2025 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
