WINDSOR – Alline Mebane, 96, of Windsor died Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at ECU Health Chowan Hospital, Edenton. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
