JACKSON – Each year, the Northeastern North Carolina Partnership for Public Health sponsors a Get Moving Challenge.

The 2024 challenge ran from Oct. 14 to Nov. 24. During this period, health departments in the Northeastern Region, along with partnering agencies for those health departments, competed against one another to see which teams and individuals could walk the most steps.

Teams are broken down into two categories: Health Department teams and Partnering Agency teams.
