AHOSKIE – Mr. Perry E. Harrell Sr. of Godwin Town Road, Ahoskie, died Monday, August 20, 2012 at his home.

He was a retired truck driver for Carolina Aluminum and a member of Open Arms Church.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Patricia Harrell of the home; three daughters, Teresa (Jerry) Castelloe of Ahoskie, Gale Harrell and special friend, Linda Johnson, of the home, and Michelle (La Troy) Tann of Ahoskie; two sons, Edward Jr. “Buddy” (Linda) Harrell of Woodland and William “Larry” Harrell and special friend, Wanda Liverman, of Conway; a brother, James “Jack” Dunning; a foster sister, Sue Parker; grandchildren, Lisa, Matthew, Joseph, William Jr. “Bill”, Amanda, Brittney and Lenzie; and great grandchildren, R.J., Reina, Vincent and Addison.

A wake will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Open Arms Church with the funeral following at 4 p.m.
