Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Griffiths of Winton announce the engagement of their daughter, Candice Leigh, to Thomas Allen Carr of Como. He is the son of Lee Carr of Suffolk, VA and Sandy Beach of Kitty Hawk. A June wedding is planned.
