SUNBURY – Frank Latimer Rice, 90, of NC Hwy. 32 North, Sunbury, died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Beulah Baptist Church, Sunbury. Burial will follow in Damascus Christian Church Cemetery. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
