GREENVILLE – Mr. Benjamin “Keith” Hollowell, 55, died Sunday, May 12, 2013 at his home.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, May 16 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.  Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, Ahoskie.

Keith was a native of Ahoskie and graduated from Ahoskie High School in 1975. He served in the ROTC and US Air Force.  After graduation from cosmetology school, he moved to Greenville, where he has resided ever since.  Keith has worked as a hair stylist at George’s Hair Designs, Perfect Impressions, and for the past 8 years at Salon Exposure.  He attended St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, where he was an active and dedicated member.

Keith was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Carlyle Hollowell.

He is survived by his mother, Edith Harrell Hollowell Bess of Ahoskie; and step-brother, Robert C. Bess and wife, June, of Gaithersburg, MD.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
