PORTSMOUTH, Va. – William Eugene Hairston, 85, of Portsmouth, VA died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010 at Veteran’s Hospital, Portsmouth, VA. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Fourth Baptist Church, Portsmouth, VA. Burial will be in the Albert G. Horton Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
