WINDSOR – Ellen B. Conner, 85, of 325 US 17 North, Windsor, died Thursday, December 16, 2010 at the Brian Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Windsor. Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Windsor. Burial was in the Conner Family Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
