NORFOLK, VA – James Melvin Edwards, Sr. of Norfolk, VA, a native of Northampton County, died August 9, 2014 at Sentara Norfolk General. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Trinity Word of Faith Baptist Church in Norfolk, VA.  Burial will follow in the Edwards family Cemetery, Jackson.
