DOVER, DE – Nettie Rascoe Culler, 69 of Dover, Delaware, formerly of Lewiston, died January 7, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Spring Hill Baptist Church, Lewiston. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
