WINDSOR – Deborah Williams Sullivan 59, of Jamestown Road, Windsor, died Thursday, January 29, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Merry Hill Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
