WINDSOR – Joan Southall, 61, of Windsor died Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at St. Matthew Baptist Church. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
