EDENTON – Jo Ann Copeland Lowe, 70, of Macedonia Road, Edenton, a native of Hertford County, died Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in Vidant Chowan Hospital, Edenton. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, 2015 in HillcrestCemetery, Colerain. Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, Edenton, is handling the arrangements.
