GATES – Robert Wayne Carr, 68, of Drum Hill Road, Gates, and a decorated veteran for heroism during the Vietnam War, died Saturday, November 7, 2015 at his residence. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2015 in Somerton United Methodist Church Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
