RALEIGH – Nelle Louise Carter Willey, 93, of Abbotswood at Stonehenge, Raleigh, a native of Gates County, died May 23, 2016 at Rex Hospital, Raleigh. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Gatesville Baptist Church, where she was a member. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
