RALEIGH – William Wilson Humphrey, 70, a resident of Independence Village, Raleigh, and formerly of Windsor, died Thursday, June 9, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday June 16, 2016 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church. The burial will be at 3:30 p.m. at Central Hill Cemetery in Windsor, VA. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
