Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Bright Lilly Disciples Church, Newsoms, VA. Burial will be in the Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
