WINDSOR – Betty Jean Outlaw Swain, 70, of Sterlingworth Street, Windsor, died Monday, August 15, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Church of God for All People, Windsor. Burial will be in the Outlaw Family Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
