WINDSOR – Theodore Roosevelt Shaw, Jr., 73, of Sterlingworth Street, Windsor, died Monday, April 17, 2017 at Three Rivers Health & Rehabilitation, Windsor. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
