BROOKLYN, NY – James Carlton Brown, 72, of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Windsor, died Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Lawrence H. Woodard Funeral Home, Brooklyn, NY. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017 at the Cooper Family Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the local arrangements.
