WILLIAMSTON – Rochell Hoggard/Hargett, 75, of Williamston died Monday, August 14, 2017 in River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Washington. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Columbia. Burial will follow in the Sykes Cemetery, Columbia. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
