WINDSOR – Robert Earl Gilliam, 60, of Windsor died Monday, October 9, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services were held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Church of God for all People, Windsor. Burial followed in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
