QUEENS, NY – Roy ‘Po-Boy’ Edwards, 70, of Queens, New York, formerly of Northampton County, died Thursday, November 16, 2017 in Queens, New York.

Roy was born April 15, 1947 to the parentage of the late James Ernest Edwards and Mary Lou Deloatch Edwards.

Cherishing his memories are: one daughter, Shaun Renee Edwards; and one brother, Alfonzo Edwards, both of Conway, North Carolina; a host of other relatives and friends.

A Graveside Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the Edwards Family Cemetery in Jackson, North Carolina.
