RICH SQUARE – Rebecca Jane Melton Balmer, 80, of Judith Street, Rich Square, died Thursday, January 24, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 31, 2019 in the Rich Square Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Willow Oak AME Church Cemetery, Rich Square.
