WINDSOR – Shirley White Spivey, 89, of South King Street, Windsor, died Sunday, May 5, 2019. Funeral services were held Tuesday May 7, 2019 at Cashie Baptist Church. Burial followed in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
