HOBBSVILLE – Shirley Ballard, 61, of Hobbsville, died Thursday, July 25, 2019. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Joppa Missionary Baptist Church. Burial was in the Ballard’s Grove Church Cemetery. Community of Hope Funeral Service, Hobbsville, handled the arrangements.
