WINDSOR – Clara Rosetta Rice Gilliam, 82, of Windsor died Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Rice Family Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor handled the arrangements.
