SCOTLAND NECK – Shirley Jean Cobb, 79, of Scotland Neck, formerly of Hertford County, died Monday, August 2, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at the Chapel of Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at New Harrellsville Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
