BROOKLYN, NY – Lewis Quentin Harrell, 94, of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Windsor, died November 30, 2023 in Brooklyn, NY. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
