SEVERN – Oliver Elijah Grant, 79, of Severn died Sunday, September 29, 2024 at ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, October 7, 2024 at T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery, Severn.
