ROANOKE RAPIDS – Evelyn M. Given of Roanoke Rapids died October 8, 2024 while in hospice care at Pine Forest Nursing Home, Potecasi. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Roanoke Rapids. There will be a private burial at Cedarwood Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids. Askew Funeral and Cremation Services, Roanoke Rapids, is handling the arrangements.
