GATESVILLE – Shirley Ann Simons Archer, 68, of Perkins Road, Gatesville, died Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Albemarle Hospital, Elizabeth City. A private service will be held at a later date.  Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
