Joseph Ruben Grant of Severn died Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the home of his daughter in Capron, Va. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Severn Baptist Church. Burial with Military Honors will take place at the Severn Cemetery.
