Robert Combo, 67, of Medilothian, Va died Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in Richmond, Va.
He was a native of Hertford County.
Survivors include wife, Rose W. Combo of Medlothian, Va.; three sons, Ernest Smith and March Grovner, both of Brunswick, Ga. and James Grovner of Richmond, Va.; three daughters, Patrena Jacobs of Rich Square, Latausha Boone of Richmond, Va. and Neaka Newberry of Brunswick, Ga.; a brother, William Combo of Cofield; five sisters, Lillian Boone and Lorraine Hall, both of Suffolk, Va., Clarice Copeland and Carolyn Combo, both of Cofield, and Gloria Hall of Georgia; and 27 grandchildren
A funeral will be held at 12 noon on Saturday May 8 at Reynolds Funeral Home Chapel, Ahoskie, with the Rev. Jerryl Moody officiating. Burial will take place at Phillipi Baptist Church Cemetery, Cofield.
