Elbert Archer, 90, of Winton died Sunday, October 18, 2009 at Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
Survivors include his wife, Mabel W. Archer of Winton; three daughters, Zenobia Williams of Murfreesboro, Alberta Archer of Winton and Doris Archer, Newport News, VA; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23 at First Baptist Church Winton with the Rev. Robert Horton officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
