WINDSOR – Bernice Rascoe Smallwood, 86, of Indian Woods Road, Windsor, died Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Three Rivers Nursing Home, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012 at   Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
